 i found a neglected neighborhood cat who i started i to take care of. i go by there ev

ery day to give him love and attention! i call out his name and he comes running...well...walking because he's morbidly obese. i gave him a bath with a water bottle and an old tooth brush. i give him brushes occasionally but the first time i brushed him i managed to get 4 matts out of his fur it took about 2 hours. he is my fav and im in love with him! his owner does not have the mental stability to care for chuckaroy in the best way, due to brain damage from child abuse so i stepped in to help. recently, i helped his owner give him his LONG overdue flea medication which is very important to outdoor cats. his owner forgot about it since last september. his owner is a victim of child abuse and that is a global issue. he cannot take proper care of his pet, he lost his dog as well. he relates to the global issue of child abuse and the ramifications of such global issue. he cannot take care of himself or his pets. he has money and lives in a very nice neighborhood so what's it like for people without the resources he has?
